3D Printing brings Mario Kart to real-world with Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit

Nintendo reinvents the 1992 Super Mario spin-off series, Mario Kart by turning the game into a telepresence device. The evolution of 3D Printing has allowed Nintendo to bring the classic game to the real world with Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit. This might not be the first time that a notable game developer and publisher have brought a life-like version of the game; however, the performance and price are compelling for classic gamers.

Up to four players can join together to battle against one another. As the game is portable, you can try racing in your living room, the bedroom, or even on the terrace. By the looks of it, this is the first-ever game from the Mario Series where players will face off in person. However, players would need a Nintendo Switch Lite or Nintendo Switch. Like the classic Mario Kart, Mixed Reality game, Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit also features Mario and Luigi.

Nintendo began working on this project back in 2017. RC cars and drone racing has inspired Nintendo to curate the project. The idea behind AR gaming was to build a game around the real world. The developers unified the best of both worlds, virtual and real, further giving the game a Mixed Reality experience.

A different kind of racing experience

During the hands-on experience, when you are putting your kart against a competitor or more. The MR inspired game will enthrall you with a whole new kind of excitement that you never garnered while playing a virtual racing video game. You’d feel a competitive pressure building among your peers and yourself while you’re playing Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit.

When you’re playing any game in person, you tend to get a little competitive. You’d also find a purpose and drive to be victorious. Enjoying a game with something, laughing with them has been uncharted territory for gamers worldwide. The multiplayer social experience with Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit is top-notch. It brings a new direction as compared to conventional gaming.

Explore your home like never before

The best thing about Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit is that you get to build tracks, theme parks to make the game look authentic. A hardcore Mario Kart lover will dedicate an entire room to make their MR experience fun-filled and adventurous.

If you get friends over your place once every week, Mario Kart Live is the best-ever investment you can ever make. RC car lovers and enthusiasts are going to love the live game accompanied by remote control gameplay.

If the developer, Velan Studios, and Nintendo manage the game to work in the previous Nintendo Switch devices, it will attract more players to purchase the game.
